Glynwood is a 501(c)3 not for profit based in Cold Spring, NY whose mission is to strengthen the regional food system. We do this through a number of innovative programs that serve farmers and others, while also working our own 250-acre farm. Glynwood’s Cider Project, which includes Cider Week, is working to enhance the viability of regional orchards by encouraging the production of hard cider and apple spirits.
